Our Services Include:

Bi-Weekly Pool Cleaning
This is our Economy Plan and is a great mid-level service for your pool maintenance. Services include:
- Perform all services from the chemical only plan
- Check and empty skimmer, pump basket and automatic pool sweep bag if applicable
- Skim pool surface
- Check filter pressure and log results
Weekly Pool Cleaning
This is our Premium Plan. Our weekly pool cleaning service includes everything you need to keep your pool up and running perfectly.
- Perform all services from the Economy Plan.
- Inspect Pool Filtration System and evaluate pressure gauge (for possible cleaning).
- Brush the entire surface of your pool including floor, walls, steps,nooks and crannies as necessary.
- Vacuum the entire pool as necessary.
Spa/Hot Tub
During the Spa/Hot Tub maintenance do perform complete check of chemical levels in the spa / hot tub including the services below:
- Check all spa / hot tub equipment
- Clean all baskets and bags
- Brush, skim, net, and vacuum the spa / hot tub as needed
- Check pump, filter, time clocks, temperature
- Add chlorine/bromine tablets to the floater
- Add chlorine and/or acid to the spa / hot tub
Filter Maintenance
Filter maintenance is essential to maintain your swimming pools’ circulation and filtration. A clean filter will ensure clear water in your swimming pool.
Our filter maintenance service includes:
- Disassembling the filter tank and removing elements for deep cleaning (backwash if Sand or DE).
- Inspecting the current condition of all accessible gaskets and O rings and lubricating before reassembling.
For pools sanitized by a salt chlorine generator, we conduct an inspection and cleaning as necessary, providing homeowners with a condition report.
You can schedule this service on a Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually basis. Depending on various conditions, some pools will require more filter cleans then others so we will advise you accordingly once our technician is on-site with you.
Important Notes:
- The cost of each service depends on various factors and can only be determined only during a pool visit.
- Monthly charges are averaged for year-round service.
- An initial one-time extra charge may apply for water balance or equipment issues.
- Customized weekly services are also available. You can choose what you want us to do depending on what you will do to keep your pool in good shape.
Billing:
- You will be billed on the 1st of each month.
- The payment is due by the 15th of the month.
- A late fee of $25.00 for unpaid balances will apply.
- Service may be discontinued for unpaid bills.
- The monthly service fee is based on the weekly visits from March thru November and every other week or as needed from December thru February.
